Dennis and Tica Walley Scholarship for Avery County and Burke County

Scholarship support for students who graduated from a high school located in either Avery or Burke County. Preference in the selection of recipients should accrue to sophomores who demonstrate financial need. IF there are no students meeting these criteria, then preference should accrue to students from other classes who demonstrate financial need.
