To provide scholarship support to the following: (1) Students majoring in the Reich College of Education, (2) Students who are juniors or seniors, (3) Students possessing a minimum grade point average of 3.0, (4) Students from North Carolina and Virginia given preference, but not to exclude others who qualify.
