Les and Loretta Van Gilder Scholarship for Reading Education

To provide scholarship support for students who are majoring in Reading Education in the Reich College of Education and demonstrate financial need, although verification of need (FAFSA) is not required. Whenever possible, preference in the selection of recipients shall accrue to first-generation college students. Awards may be renewable provided the recipient continues to meet the above criteria and remains in good academic standing as determined by the university’s Registrar’s Office. Administration related to this scholarship is the responsibility of the Dean of the Reich College of Education.
