Appalachian State University Warrior Fund

The Appalachian Warrior Fund has been established at Appalachian State University to honor veterans. This scholarship fund is for honorably discharged and disabled veterans or their children who have been admitted and enrolled at the university.

The scholarship is for veterans with a disability rating between 10 and 50 percent awarded from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Veterans must possess a minimum GPA of 2.8 and must be residents of North Carolina. In addition, they must provide proof of their discharge status and disability rating.

The children of disabled veterans must possess a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and must be residents of North Carolina. In addition, they must provide proof of their discharge status and disability rating.

All applicants will need to complete this application, as well as having confirmed enrollment to Appalachian by Tuesday, June 30, 2024, in order to be considered for the Appalachian Warrior Fund Scholarship.
