Dr. James D. Branch Endowed Scholarship for Special Education

To provide scholarship support for full-time students majoring in Special Education in RCOE with a 2.5 GPA or higher and, applicants with a history of overcoming obstacles to educational achievement.

This scholarship is renewable provided the recipient continues to major in Special Education and maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA.
