Carol J. Gross Memorial Scholarship

To provide support to students enrolled in the Master of Social Work Program. Recipients must demonstrate a commitment to social justice, overcoming challenges, and empowering those they serve to ensure that basic needs such as food, shelter, health, and education are met. Preference is given to those in the Community and Organizational Practice concentration, and to recipients who are out of state residents or reside outside the geographic region reached by the Department of Social Work’s internship/field work program, thus bringing a geographically diverse perspective to the department, college, and community.
